João Pedro Cunha has been a lawyer since 2017, with experience in Tax Law.

He practices in tax law, focusing on consultancy, tax due diligence in M&A operations and other transactions. He also works in administrative and judicial litigation, whether in the preventive, advisory, or enforcement phases of tax administration, or at any level of legal proceedings.

João Pedro also engages in work involving the preparation and review of ancillary obligations, such as individual income tax returns, declarations of Brazilian capital abroad, electronic requests for refunds, reimbursements, or offsets, and compensation statements.

João Pedro also has experience in academia, having taught Constitutional Law topics at Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro and at Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
