Rachel Luduvice has been a lawyer since 2009, working in the corporate field, particularly in commercial contracts, real estate and corporate law.

Her work involves the provision of legal advice to national and foreign clients, addressing everyday legal issues related to business activity, with particular emphasis on commercial contracts.

Having previously worked for many years as in-house counsel of one of Brazil’s largest shopping center groups, she has extensive experience in drafting and reviewing various types of commercial contracts, such as service agreements, leases, licensing deals, purchase and sale agreements, among others, in addition to comprehensive legal support for the operations of clients from diverse industries
