Júlia Queiroga de Aquino is lawyer since 2024, working in Tax Law.

Júlia serves both domestic and foreign clients, of all sizes and operating in various sectors of the economy.

She works in tax law, in the areas of consulting, legal auditing (due diligence) in M&A operations and other transactions. She also works in administrative and judicial litigation, whether in the preventive, advisory, tax administration inspection phase or, in any instance, participating in important leading cases.

Her practice includes the analysis of tax aspects in corporate and asset structures and reorganizations, agreements to avoid double taxation, tax benefits, among other tax issues.
