Karina Lattanzi has been a lawyer since 2016, having experience in labor demands.

Karina assists a wide range of domestic and international clientes in labor matters, offering extensive legal advice.

In her litigation practice, Karina represents individuals and companies across a broad range of matters, particularly in litigation involving defense of companies, conflict prevention, legal assistance in drafting, termination and transfer of employment contracts and support in union negotiations and collective bargaining agreements.

Karina also has experience in due diligences in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions involving the purchase and sale of companies and assets, especially with regard to the assessment of labor contingencies.
