Eduarda de Castro Rochedo is a lawyer with over 12 years of experience in strategic civil litigation, advising domestic and international companies in complex judicial and administrative disputes.  

She represents clients in a broad range of civil and commercial matters, including contractual disputes, civil liability, debt recovery, and business-related litigation, with extensive experience acting for shopping center developers, as well as companies in the energy, retail, and construction sectors. 

Her practice encompasses the development of litigation strategies, the preparation of legal opinions, and representation before courts at all levels, with a focus on mitigating legal risks and protecting clients' business interests. 
Eduarda also has experience in judicial reorganization proceedings, advising domestic and international creditors in corporate restructuring matters. 
She holds postgraduate degrees in Contract Law and Civil Procedure from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Civil and Constitutional Law at the Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ), and has completed an extension course in Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD). She is registered befire the Brazilian Bar Associations of the States of Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.
Her work include the analysis of tax aspects in corporate reorganizations and restructurings, treaties to avoid double taxation and tax benefits, among other tax-related matters.
