Ana Luiza Mothé Saavedra has been a lawyer since 2024, practicing tax law.

Ana Luiza serves both domestic and foreign clients, of all sizes and operating in various sectors of the economy.

She works in tax law, in the areas of consultancy, tax due diligence in M&A operations and other transactions. She also works in administrative and judicial litigation, whether in the preventive, advisory or inspection phases of the tax administration, or in any instance, participating in important leading cases.

Her practice covers the analysis of tax aspects in corporate and equity structures and reorganizations, agreements to avoid double taxation, tax benefits, among other tax issues.
